Exploring the mind through art
Suffolk UK visual artist Zangmo Alexander creates multilayered, mixed media paintings, drawings, photography, video, prints and book art inspired by long-term meditation, mindfulness and study of Buddhist psychology. Her work is in private and public collections in Europe and USA.
She holds a masters degree in fine art and is a fully qualified art teacher and mindful creativity coach offering one-to-one, personalised creative art tuition, mindful creativity coaching, art and meditation sessions and creative art retreats from her art studio in Suffolk UK and online worldwide.
